Patton Warehouse

Announced by Governor Ralph Northam, the new warehouse for Patton Logistics Group marks their first operation in the state of Virginia and will allow Patton Logistics to be more accessible to their east coast clients.

The new building is 252,000 SF, is located on a 22.4 acre site, and consists of warehouse and administrative space. Administrative space includes offices for management and Human Resources, a conference room, and a break room. The warehouse includes 40 loading docks and will be used by their fleet of 400 trucks and over 1,150 trailers.
