Botetourt County Greenfield Education and Training Center

The Botetourt County Greenfield Education and Training Center is a multi-functional facility, converted into a municipal complex, occupied by Botetourt County Administration, Virginia Western Community College, and the Roanoke Valley Broadband Authority. The project included space planning and conceptual design to relocate the entire Botetourt County Administration.

The two-story renovation stretched across 9,000 SF of county offices and involved multiple departments, including Community Development, Treasurer, and Commissioner of the Revenue. The Greenfield Center remained occupied for the duration of the project and includes new offices, conference rooms, and new customer service areas.
