Cox Communications Renovations Complete

November 2018, VFP, Inc. announced that it would be buying the Cox Communication building near Tanglewood Mall in Roanoke, VA.  The 50,000 sq. ft. facility served as Cox Communications main office in Roanoke since 1994.  As part of the purchase agreement, Cox Communications would leaseback office space from VFP in an effort to maintain a presence in the region.

Cox Communications hired Croy Construction and  Hughes Associates Architects & Engineers to renovate their existing facility space as Cox prepares to move from 50,000 sq. ft. to 26,000 sq. ft.

The renovation included a new front entrance canopy, a new exterior privacy wall, and reconfigured office and reception spaces with new finishes.

VFP, Inc. also hired Croy Construction and Hughes Associates Architects & Engineering to renovate their new space within the building. Construction will begin once renovations to Cox’s area are complete.
