Growing up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, Shawn Emmons has deep family roots in the area dating back several hundred years. With significant experience in the Healthcare field, his knowledge of Life Plan Communities is an incredible addition to our team. In his free time, Shawn enjoys learning more about monumental funerary architecture and has recently delved into stereotomy, the art of cutting three dimensional solids into particular shapes.

John Garrett grew up in Central New York but possesses a deep love for the city. Improving the lives of people around him and bringing joy is how he approaches design. Beauty and value come from the end users enjoyment of the space. He works directly with his clients to gain an understanding of what they need and bring it to fruition. When he is not making dreams come true for clients, you can find him grilling outside or in the middle of some of his many renovation projects to his home!
