We are seeking a Junior to Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our growing Roanoke, Virginia team.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Understanding of the Site Plan Development process
• Understanding of Stormwater Management design and analysis
• Understanding of Erosion and Sediment Control requirements
• A working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Analytical mind with problem solving skills
• Effective communication and organization skills
• Ability to navigate through technical, zoning and agency approval issues
• Candidate must be able to work well in a collaborative, team culture

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Project experience aligned with our project types
• Familiarity with local jurisdictions
• Knowledge/Familiarity with Civil 3D
