Breaking Ground On Luray Meadows

What an exciting day at the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Luray Meadows Apartment Complex in Luray, Virginia. Hughes Associates was joined by Congressman Ben Cline, People Inc. President & CEO Rob Goldsmith, Town of Luray (Official) Mayor Jerry Dofflemyer, WB Properties & Construction, LLC, and partners from Virginia Housing and VCDC. We are fortunate to be part of this opportunity and believe it will redefine opportunity in Page County and the Town of Luray.

Luray Meadows is a new (8) building apartment complex for high-quality, affordable housing. The complex will include (52) two-and three-bedroom units, a one-story Community Building, and will utilize 3 different building concepts to promote a consistent and neighborhood-like feel. We believe this project will be a great success and a shining example of People, Inc.’s Mission Statement, which is: to provide opportunities for economically disadvantaged people to reach their goals in order to enhance their lives, their families, and their communities.
