Cox Cable sold their Roanoke Corporate headquarters and needed to consolidate their offices into a space half the size, as a leased tenant. There were two challenges 1) configure the space to house all employees 2) move the new building owner into their own area within 6 months. After successfully negotiating with two tenants and local building department, we delivered the project in two phases and essentially created two separate buildings, dividing the building services, fire alarms, sprinklers, toilet facilities, exits, and maintained fire safety separation. Preliminary code reviews were presented to the local building officials and fire marshal to expedite the approval process.

The project was phased and pushed through in a “fast track” method, through a close working relationship with Croy Contracting. The building now includes a training room, break area, and offices.
