When Earle isn’t at the office, he can be found cooking out with friends or lounging on the beach. Constantly immersed in the outdoors, Earle is born and raised in Roanoke and earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia.

Having spent over 23 years at a design-build firm before joining Hughes Associates A&E in 2005, Earle offers valuable insight into the construction process and serves as a reliable liaison between the design and construction teams. Creative and innovative designs are a hallmark of Earle’s work.

Earle enjoys leading his church youth group on construction mission trips throughout Appalachia, helping communities in need while teaching youth how to make a difference in the world.
